Argiano “Solengo” Toscana IGT Rosso (2019)

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Sangiovese
Vinification: Separate fermentations of the different varieties, maceration for about 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in cement.
Ageing: Approximately 18 months in French barriques from producers specifically chosen for this wine. 60% new and 40% used.
Tasting notes: intense ruby red in colour, the nose has a bouquet of red flowers and ripe cherries, with hints of olive paste and undergrowth and with spicy and smoky notes. On the palate it is fresh, with great structure, with intense tannins and a good taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings: Ideal with game and red meat dishes, cold cuts and cheeses.
Format: 750 ml
