Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese
Tasting Notes: ruby in color tending towards garnet, the nose is ethereal and intense, broad, spicy, with hints of undergrowth, humus and mushrooms. In the mouth it is robust, soft, with velvety tannins, balanced and very intense, persistent and elegant.
Pairings: excellent with red meats and game, structured first courses, meat sauces, mature cheeses. Also perfect as a meditation wine.
