Tasting Notes: Intense ruby garnet red color with orange reflections, complex on the nose with aromas of cherries in alcohol, plum, dried rose petals, hints of tobacco, walnut wood, chocolate and spicy notes of pepper, juniper, cinnamon and cardamom. On the palate it denotes balance, with good acidity and finely integrated tannins with a long and persistent finish of tobacco, tar and juniper.
Pairing: excellent with meat, game and mature cheeses.
