Rosso di Montalcino DOC “Sogni e Follia” comes from vineyards over 25 years of age treated according to the dictates of biodynamic agriculture.
Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
Tasting notes : notes of red fruits, raspberry and morello cherry juice prevail on the nose, followed by hints of undergrowth, aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is broad, elegant, with marked tannins, good acidity and hints of minerality.
Pairings : Excellent with first courses with meat sauce, with roasts and stewed meatballs.
