Podere Le Ripi “Amore e Magia” is a classic Brunello di Montalcino DOC, round and harmonious, with pleasant elements of novelty.
Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
Tasting notes : very intense ruby color. The nose has aromas of red fruit, floral and balsamic hints. In the mouth it has a good body and a good structure, it is balanced with a nice acidic shoulder and final with bitter notes.
Pairings : excellent throughout the meal, it goes very well with first and second courses based on meat, with soups and cold cuts of the Tuscan tradition.
