Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, temperature control during fermentation (30 ° C) and maceration (15 days). Aging for 4 years – 3 of which in 50-100 Hl Slavonian oak barrels, 2 decanting per year, slow gravity bottling in a clean room.
Tasting notes: the wine has an intense ruby red color tending to garnet, with a dry, warm, velvety and harmonious flavor, rich in fruit and delicately spiced, an ethereal scent that crumbles into nuances of violet violets and irises, it recalls the humble fruits of the undergrowth.
Pairings: suitable for important combinations with main courses of red meats, roasted, stewed or with noble game.
