Vinification: Fermentation takes place at 28 ° C for 5-6 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a maceration for about 18 days, aged for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels of various capacities.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby color with intense notes of berries, cherries and blood orange. The palate is very juicy with elegant balance, refreshing acidity and with a very fine tannic structure.
Pairings: pasta with meat sauce, cold cuts and cheeses.
