Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: Medium-long vinification maceration on the skins with frequent gradual pumping over; maximum temperature allowed to rise freely up to 30 ° C followed by aging in wood for over 30 months in medium-large Slavonian and French oak barrels.
Tasting notes: intense ruby red color tending to garnet; to the nose it is elegant and fruity, very intense and complex with balsamic notes; on the palate of great structure, elegant and harmonious, very persistent.
Pairings: stewed red meats and game, aged cheeses. Uncork the bottle at least two hours before in order to aerate the wine. Serve at a temperature of 18 ° C in large crystal glasses.
