Vinification: maturation for 30 months in old 30 hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels, no fining or filtering.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, the nose presents aromas of ripe plum, blackcurrant and red summer fruits with herbaceous notes of rosemary, Mediterranean scrub herbs and hints of dark chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied with wonderfully balanced tannins.
Pairing: perfect with meat first courses or a mushroom risotto.
