Castel Juval Blauburgunder – Pinot Nero Riserva (2017)
Castel Juval Blauburgunder Riserva is a fruity and classic Pinot Noir that is particularly pleasant when opened after five or six years.
Grape variety : 100% Pinot Nero (Blauburgunder)
Vinification : fermentation in stainless steel barrels, manual separation of the grape skins and rest on the marc for a few weeks. The young wine is then left to age in oak barrels and in large acacia wood barrels.
Tasting Notes : of a beautiful bright ruby red color, the nose smells of blackberries, currants, cherries, aromatic mountain herbs, hints of balsamic berries and spices. Medium-bodied on the palate, it expresses great freshness and flavor, with delicate aromas and tannins and a mineral vein characteristic of gneiss soils.
Pairings : ideal dishes based on lamb meat, vegetables and grilled fish.
Format : 750 ml
