Grapes: Marc of Tuscan Trebbiano and Tuscan Malvasia, for the production of Vin Santo di Montepulciano

Distillation: c cycle of discontinuous distillation with the artisanal steam distillation machine. The head and tail are removed manually after each distillation cycle.

Tasting notes: amber color with an intense and silky taste. The bouquet is distinct, with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, spices and tobacco, on the palate it is velvety and sensual, perfect to be enjoyed after dinner.
