Grapes: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
Tasting notes: Valpolicella Ripasso has a ruby red color, clear and lively, an intense and complex aroma with an olfactory beginning of small red fruits, among which raspberry, cherry and morello cherry stand out, evolves into spicy, sweet vanilla and intense notes of clove. Its flavor is fresh, with good sapidity and a nice tannin that envelops the palate with softness and warmth. It has a nice presence in the mouth and a pleasant dry finish.
Pairings: It is suggested to serve it at a temperature of 18 ° C, to enjoy it with first courses with full-bodied condiments, red meats and cheeses that are not too seasoned but to try to combine it with Bolognese lasagna. / p>
