Grape Varieties: 100% Sangiovese

Vinification: Traditional fermentation, aging for at least 4 years, of which at least 2 in oak barrels. It is then refined for 4 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red tending towards garnet, the nose is ample with floral aromas of sweet violet, spicy vanilla, and hints of chocolate, tobacco, and undergrowth. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and full-bodied, with smooth tannins and good balance.

Pairings: Excellent with meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses.
