Grapes: 100% Sangiovese (Brunello)
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with 50 days of maceration in steel. Aged for 36 months in large 30 Hl barrels, followed by 4 months of refinement in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby ​​red in color, the nose expresses a bouquet of ripe red fruits and floral violets with notes of undergrowth. In the mouth it denotes great structure with refined and well-integrated tannins, freshness and fruity intensity and a good balance.
Pairings: Perfect with game, roasts and red meat dishes.
