Winemaking: manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification in steel, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26 degrees for 10-12 days on the skins, malolactic fermentation in steel, aging in 10hl French oak barrels, barriques and tonneaux for 24 months, refinement in bottle for 4 months.
Tasting Notes: intense ruby red in colour, the nose expresses a bouquet of red fruits with spicy notes. On the palate it is fine, balanced, complex and with great taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings: ideal with roasts, braised meats and mature cheeses.
