Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: coming from a selection of the best grapes from the vineyards, it matures in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months with a subsequent refinement of 4 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: intense ruby red in colour, elegant on the nose, with hints of herbs and aromatic spices, and notes of morello cherry in the finish. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, full-bodied, persistent.
Pairings: perfect with a cut of beef.
