Grape varieties: Sangiovese 100%
Production Technique: maturation in oak barrels (26 and 18 hl) and for a small percentage in 500 liter Tonneau for two and a half years and then refinement for 12 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose is broad with floral aromas, ripe red fruit and berries, with spicy notes of vanilla, tobacco and chocolate. On the palate it is warm, soft, with great structure with velvety tannins and a mineral finish. Long taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairing: It pairs very well with rich dishes such as red meats and mature cheeses.
