Aging: in medium-sized oak barrels, where it remains for four years.
Tasting Notes: of a beautiful bright garnet color, on the nose it presents aromas of cherry jam, violet, with hints of aromatic herbs and notes of tobacco. In the mouth it is a full-bodied wine with velvety tannins and a very long persistence.
Pairing: perfect with a grilled fillet.
