Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, partly in wood and partly in stainless steel, aged in wood for approximately 9 months.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby ​​red in color, the nose offers aromas of cherry and ripe red fruits, floral and balsamic. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with a defined tannic texture and good balance.
Pairings: Perfect with pasta dishes with meat sauce, excellent with poultry and aged cheeses.
