Vinification: Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by aging for 18 months in tonneaux, 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes:Ruby red in color, the nose is intense with aromas of red fruit and notes of sweet spices and vanilla. On the palate it denotes great structure, it is warm, savory, broad, complex, harmonious with great aging potential.
Pairing: perfect with roast thrushes, excellent with red meat and game dishes.
