Produced from vineyards located at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level, it is vinified with spontaneous fermentation in steel for at least 3 weeks, followed by an aging of 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: Red-grained color, with ruby reflections, perfume characterized by intense delicate notes of undergrowth, ripe cherries and smoky tones, expressive mouth, of great balance and perfect enjoyment, with a pleasant persistence, just bowed.
Pairings: Excellent with aged cheeses, game, stewed and grilled red meats.
