On the palate, it is robust and warm, with firm tannins and a savory finish, with a pronounced sensation of ripe fruit and a long, persistent finish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pairings:<\/strong> Excellent with meat dishes, including stews, or a wild boar rag\u00f9.
