Malolactic fermentation always takes place in steel. This is followed by a long refinement in large 30 and 50 hl French oak barrels and subsequently a period of refinement in the bottle.<br \/>\n<strong>Tasting Notes<\/strong>: ruby \u200b\u200bred in colour, the nose expresses intense aromas of red fruit, leather and spices.
