After decanting, it is placed in large 18\/22 hectoliter medium toasted Slavonian oak barrels.<br \/>\n<strong>Refinement<\/strong>: after 36 months of maturation in barrel, 24 months of bottle refinement follow.<br \/>\n<strong>Tasting notes<\/strong>: bright ruby red in colour, complex on the nose with intense aromas of red berry fruit, blueberry, ripe cherry, with hints of undergrowth, spices and toasting.
