On the palate it is intense, broad, ethereal, warm, full-bodied with a well-defined tannic texture, balanced, fine and with a very long taste-olfactory persistence.<br \/>\n<strong>Pairing<\/strong>: ideal with very structured dishes such as red meats, game, also accompanied by mushrooms and truffles.
