Aging for 3 years in large 20 and 35hl Slavonian oak barrels for three quarters of the wine and the rest in 500 liter second passage French oak tonneaux. Finally, the wine is naturally clarified by decantation in steel and left to rest for a minimum of six months in the bottle.<br \/>\n<strong>Tasting notes<\/strong>: to the eye it appears garnet red with reflections tending towards brick. On the nose it expresses an intense vinosity, fruity aromas of ripe cherry and plum with floral and spicy notes, ethereal and oak sensations. On the palate it is warm and soft, has a balanced acidity with evident tannins, sustained body and good harmony.<br \/>\n<strong>Pairing:<\/strong> perfect with noble and tasty red meats, such as furred game, and in particular with wild boar, stews or mature cheeses.
