Aging for three years in large Slavonian oak barrels (20 and 35 hl). Finally, the wine is naturally clarified by decantation in steel and left to rest for a minimum of 18 months in the bottle.<br \/>\n<strong>Tasting notes<\/strong>: to the eye it appears garnet red with reflections tending towards brick. On the nose it expresses an intense vinosity, fruity aromas of ripe cherry and plum with floral and spicy notes, ethereal and oak sensations. On the palate it is warm and soft, has a balanced acidity with evident tannins, sustained body and good harmony.<br \/>\n<strong>Pairing:<\/strong> perfect with noble and tasty red meats, such as furred game, and in particular with wild boar, stews or mature cheeses.
