Aging partly in the tank and partly in the barrel. <br \/>\n<strong> Tasting notes: <\/strong> The wine is limpid, brilliant, ruby \u200b\u200bred in color; with the scent of small red fruits and light cherry. On the palate the wine is harmoniously dry, has vigor and freshness with good aromatic persistence. It is a ready-to-drink wine, particularly persuasive. <br \/>\n<strong> Pairings <\/strong>: wine to pair with medium-structured dishes such as: pasta dishes with meat, poultry, mushrooms or truffles sauce, compound risottos, second courses prepared with pork or veal sauce.
