On the nose the bouquet brings to mind intense graphite, rust, morello cherry dipped in chocolate, mint, dry hay, violet. The taste matches the olfactory pleasantness giving sensations of black truffle, violet, licorice and plum. Wine with a rich alcoholic dose and just as much freshness with broad tannins, initially velvety that ends a little dry, in full typicality of the grape. Alcohol and freshness alternate with each other even if freshness prevails in the finish. Medium-bodied, with a long aromatic persistence.
