Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation for 30 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (maximum 30 \u00b0 C). <\/p>\n<p> <strong> Aging in wood: <\/strong> 24 months, 50% in 500 l tonneaux. and 50% in oak barrels of 30 hl. <\/p>\n<p> <strong> Bottle aging: <\/strong> 18 months. <\/p>\n<p> <strong> Tasting notes: <\/strong> intense ruby red color with garnet reflections on the nose, it presents sweet spices such as cardamom followed by pleasant sweet notes of caramel and sugar glaze. The mouthfeel presents balsamic notes of eucalyptus, spicy notes, pepper and fruity notes of black cherry.
