Ros\u00e9 is trendy today, gaining sympathy and approval among younger consumers as well as among the most demanding both in Italy and abroad. In Italy, for a long time, despite having a long tradition in many regions with products of absolute excellence, for example in Puglia, rose wines have been the victim of prejudices and confusion, unlike other countries such as Spain with its rosades or France. In just a few decades, France has built a worldwide success with its ros\u00e9s from Provence, not to mention the Champagne Ros\u00e9 based on Pinot Noir which certainly need no introduction.<\/p>\n\n

That of ros\u00e9 wines is certainly a type of wine to be discovered for its expressive variety and for the ductility of gastronomic combinations. Ideal for the summer season, it is more popular as an aperitif but can also be an interesting choice for the whole meal. Perfect with many fresh and light dishes typical of the hottest period of the year based on vegetables or fish, shellfish and crustaceans, it is also excellent with red-based pizzas and rice or spelled salads.<\/p>\n\n

Gina Rosato IGT Toscana Molino di Sant’Antimo<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The latest addition to the Molino house, Gina Rosato IGT Toscana. The Sangiovese grapes are de-stemmed without pressing and after a short period of maceration on the skins they are pressed. Fermentation and aging are in steel at a controlled temperature. The perfect wine for your fresh and summer pairings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Molino di Sant\u2019Antimo is located in the south-east area of Montalcino, a few steps from the Abbey of Sant\u2019Antimo on the slope that from Castelnuovo dell\u2019Abate goes towards Monte Amiata. Composed of about 40 hectares, 11 are planted with vines, cultivated by the Vittori family with extreme passion since the 90s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

“A” Rosato 2021 Fattoria Aldobrandesca Marchesi Antinori<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rosato “A” was born in the south of the Tuscan Maremma, a marine and Mediterranean wine made from Aleatico grapes, with a fresh and delicate taste, with a very fruity bouquet of wild berries, pink grapefruit and pomegranate.
