\"Rum<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Rum line ORIGINI is the natural evolution of the historical Rum by “PPS – Pellegrini Private Stock”, getting from every single barrel a Rum in its natural way, without any addition during the bottling step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name ORIGINI reminds the geographical origin of the product, sometimes difficult to find when we deal with Caribbean Rum and more. Labels show the country of origin, the distillery, year of distillation, barrel number, bottling year. Every ORIGINI Rum is produced in very small amounts (never higher than 300 bottles produced), amount which can change due to the kind of barrel but most of all to the evaporation of the wood during the ageing process, a factor that can reduce the alcohol content and a loss of the liquid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular we advise you to taste the Rum “Origini – from a single barrel “Guyana 2003 – Pellegrini Private Stock <\/a> <\/strong> by Demerara Distillers, one of the best rums in the world <\/strong>, characterized by a complex and elegant bouquet of exotic fruit with notes of vanilla, cocoa and caramel. Extremely clean on the palate, it is distinguished by a slightly smoky finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For sure, a fine chocolate, Venchi, gianduia, dark, the nougatine, hazelnuts, milk and dry fruits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Venchi history began in 1800 in Piedmont<\/a>, thanks to Silvano Venchi\u2019s chocolate passion, who started to produce cakes and chocolate at 16 years old in his small shop in Cuneo. His shop became the most popular patisserie in town quickly, appreciated for its ingredients quality and ability to show its production like jewels. A real \u201cchocolate boutique\u201d.
