Produced from Sangiovese skins from the vineyards just close to Banfi Castle<\/a>. Made from the classic double distillation method, this fine Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 18 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grappa di Barolo (15 anni) – Marolo<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Produced by Distillery Marolo<\/a> from Nebbiolo \u2013 Barolo grapes, it ages for almost 4 years in small oak barrels. Big parfums, rich and tasty with scent of toasted vanilla. Warm, fullbodied with personality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Aqua vitae – Le Pergole Torte Montevertine<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Made with distillation of Sangiovese skins from the vineyard \u201cLe Pergole Torte\u201d<\/a>, it ages in small oak barrels for about 4 years, then it is bottled. Aqua Vitae is the result of the cooperation with the handcraft Distellery of Gioacchino Nannoni, who takes care of the entire distillation and ageing process, and bottling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
