Grapes: Gewurztraminer 100%
Vinification: late harvest after the partial formation of noble botrytis, spontaneous fermentation on the skins for 4 weeks, malolactic fermentation and finally aging in used 500l oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: bright golden yellow in colour, the nose has the typical aromas of Gewurztraminer, rose petals, lychee, orange blossom with delicate hints of mint and spices. On the palate it is intense, complex, with the light tannin typical of oranges on which the varietal aromatic hints stand out.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with dishes based on fish, molluscs, crustaceans and fried seafood, also interesting with dishes based on vegetables and fresh cheeses.
