Vie di Romans Friuli Isonzo DOC Pinot Grigio “Dessimis” 2018

Grapes : 100% Pinot Grigio
Vinification : cold skin maceration, static decantation and fermentation in steel on selected yeasts for 14-20 days, then 10 months on the yeasts and bottle aging for 8 months.
Tasting notes : coppery in color, the nose is elegant and complex, with hints of cherry, pink grapefruit and geranium. The taste is enveloping, fresh and fruity, balanced and harmonious with a very long persistence.
Pairings : excellent in combination with starters and fish first courses and perfect with shellfish, it also goes well with stewed white meats.
