Grape variety : 100% Nebbiolo

Vinification : only with indigenous yeasts and without any filtering, malolactic fermentation and aging in barriques (15% new) for 12 months.

Tasting notes : of a beautiful ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose expresses floral aromas of rose and cherry with spicy notes of tobacco and licorice. On the palate it denotes great structure and complexity, the tannins are elegant,

Pairing : excellent with first courses based on meat, game, braised meats, stewed red meat and aged cheeses.
