Podere Brizio Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (2018)

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: the must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for a total of 14 days. The final refinement lasts 38 months in wooden barrels with a capacity of 54 hectoliters and is subsequently bottled.
Tasting notes: ruby red in colour, the nose has an intense bouquet of red fruit jam, floral notes of wild rose, aromatic herbs and hints of pine wood. On the palate it expresses sapidity, great structure, finely integrated tannins and a good taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings: perfect with dishes based on stewed red meats, roasts, risotto with mushrooms, aged and blue cheeses.
