Montevertine Toscana Rosso IGT (2018)
Montevertine Toscana IGT is a refined expression of Sangiovese blended with grapes traditionally used for Chianti Classico.
Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 5% and Colorino 5%
Vinification: Manual harvest and fermentation in concrete tanks for about twenty days. Maturation for about 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting notes : bright ruby red in color, the nose is complex with aromas of raspberry, cherry and currant, with herbaceous and spicy notes of juniper and licorice. On the palate it denotes a good structure with full body, marked tannins and a good balance.
Pairings: Stewed meat and salami dishes.
Format: 750 ml
