The deep soil and cool climate of the Palazzetto Vineyard give body to a characteristic and harmonious wine, in constant balance between strength and sweetness, dynamism and elegance.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese (Brunello)
Vinification: aging for 10-12 months in 35 and 16 hl Slavonian and Allier oak barrels. Bottle aging for 6 months.
Tasting notes: Bright ruby red in color, the nose is broad with notes of ripe red fruit that alternate with spicy nuances. On the palate it presents dense tannins supported by a juicy acidity, savory and persistent in the finish.
Pairing: throughout the meal, ideal with grilled red meats.
