From the grapes of our oldest vineyard, the 2007 vintage with its long maturation times has given us a Brunello that amazes for body and finesse, for power and elegance.
Only the old vines of Schiena d’Asino give birth to a wine that is unique in depth and length with an aging of 42 months in 16 hl Allier oak barrels and a 12-month aging in bottle.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese (Brunello)
Tasting notes: deep red color, dense and transparent. Nose: Ripe red fruit and balsamic Mediterranean scrub. On the palate: noble and austere attack, full and savory, born to face time.
