Loreto is a vineyard of one and a half hectares of steep tuff which in this vintage gave us a Brunello with extraordinary aromas for freshness and intensity and with powerful, soft and silky tannins. Vigna Loreto is the demonstration of how the extraordinary terroir of Castelnuovo dell’Abate is also capable of unique finesse and elegance.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese (Brunello)
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red in colour, with faint garnet reflections, the nose has notes of flowers and fruits accompanied by spicy spices. In the mouth it is immediate and full in the finish.
Pairings: as a meditation wine, to appreciate Sangiovese in its integrity.
