Mastrojanni Brunello di Montalcino DOCG (2018)

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese (Brunello)
Vinification: barrel aging for 36 months in 16-33-54 hl Allier oak barrels. Bottle aging for 6 months.
Tasting notes: Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, the nose is broad, with a bouquet of ripe fruit and spicy notes. On the palate it is intense, savory, with important but silky tannins.
Pairing: Game, lamb, grilled red meats and mature cheeses.
