Manincor Lieben Aich Sauvignon Blanc Alto Adige DOC
Lieben Aich estate in Terlano, vineyards with a warm microclimate, facing south-west at 300 m asl, sandy soil, porphyritic of volcanic origin. The de-stemmed grapes remained to macerate for twelve hours in the press in order to draw aroma and structure from the skins. The fermentation took place in wooden barrels, spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts. During the ten months of aging in oak barrels with the yeasts both aroma and taste were refined.
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes: Bright golden yellow color. Intense aroma of mango, papaya and passion fruit; full-bodied in the center of the mouth, minerality prevails in evolution and
a delicate acidity, which lasts for a long time in the mouth.
Pairings: it goes well with shellfish and seafood, grilled fish and white meats.
Format: 750 ml
