Grapes : Trebbiano 70% and Malvasia 30%
Vinification : spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins in terracotta amphorae without temperature control followed by 10 months aging in terracotta dolium and 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes : of a beautiful yellow-orange color with golden reflections, the nose has hints of acacia honey, peach and hazelnut with notes of pine resin and incense. On the palate it is fresh, savory and complex with marked flavors of ripe fruit and dried fruit in the finish.
Pairings : meat and fish appetizers, vegetable first courses, stewed fish and aged cheeses.
