Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel for 18-20 days with frequent pumping over and punching down every day, followed by aging for 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting notes: with a lively garnet red color, in the glass it releases intense aromas of red fruit, especially cherries and sour cherries, combined with nuances of leather, fragrant woods, tobacco, spices and roots; the taste is harmonious and elegant, with a long persistence and soft tannins.
Pairings: Roasted and stewed meats and game.
Format: 750 ml
