Prima Riserva del Cru Madonna delle Grazie, disponibile esclusivamente in magnum e in tiratura limitatissima.
Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: in Allier oak vats, remaining completely still for the first two days; it rises in temperature very slowly to reach 30 degrees after about 5 days. Fermentation lasts about 20/22 days, followed by aging in 25 quintal oak barrels for 41 months. It becomes Brunello after 5 years, also considering 10 months of bottle aging.
Tasting notes: It is a wine of great depth, interesting, in which the pleasantness of Sangiovese is combined with a complexity typical of great wines. Classic meditation wine, fruity, variable in the aromas of great impact in the mouth.
Pairings: roast meats, game.
