Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: vinification in steel tanks with continuous pumping over for the first 2 days; rises in temperature in 5/6 hours to 33/34 degrees. Fermentation lasts about 11/12 days; This is followed by aging in 25 quintal oak barrels for 39 months. It becomes Brunello after 5 years, also considering 10 months of bottle aging.
Tasting notes: Classic Brunello, elegant and structured at the same time, born from a vinification capable of fixing as much as possible the aromas of Sangiovese and therefore also the typicality of the position, after months that pass in wood it remains fresh, fragrant, fruity, does not suffer from the aggression of wood.
Pairings: roast meats, game.
