Grapes: Nerello Mascalese with small percentages of Nerello Cappuccio

Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and maceration on the skins for 13 days

Aging: 20 months in French oak barriques, then at least 6 months in the bottle

Tasting notes: Intense ruby ​​red color, rich aroma of red fruits, spices, ash and wet wood, warm, penetrating taste, with a nice freshness, powerful and fine.

Pairings: red meats, cheeses and stewed meats.
