Vinification: Fermentation takes place at 28 ° C for 5-6 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by maceration for about 12-16 days at 32 ° C, ages for 24-30 months in 25hl and 30hl Slavonian oak barrels
Tasting notes: The wine with an intense ruby red color. Persistent and ample aromas of small black berried fruits such as blackberry followed by persistent hints of blueberry and a slight spiciness attributable to green tobacco and nutmeg. The taste is dry, warm with the right tannin, robust, harmonious and very persistent.
Pairings: roast meats, game and aged cheeses.
