Grape variety : 100% Sangiovese
Vinification : manual harvest in two phases, at the beginning of September during a late thinning to favor freshness and acidity, then at the beginning of October. Subsequent refinement of 2 months on the fine lees.
Tasting Notes : of a beautiful pale bright pink color, the nose has predominantly fruity scents. On the palate it is fresh with marked fruit flavors and a good taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings : excellent with fish-based first courses and white meats.
